​Frank's experience in the retail & wholesale automobile business spans four decades. He began his management career at the age of 24, at Ray Wilkinson Buick-Cadillac, founded his own companies, Automotive Distribution Systems and D'Acquisto Motors at age 27, and served as vice president, general manager for the Palmen Auto Stores. He is a graduate of NADA Dealer Candidate Academy in McLean, Va. and has extensive training in business marketing and development.
